This forum is a community forum meant for users of the plugin to collaborate and help solve issues with implementation, etc. Unfortunately, as the creator of the plugin, I do not have much time to attend to every request here as this is only a side project and I must work a full-time job to provide for my family. This is how I keep the Flash version free and the HTML5 version low cost.
UploadiFive 1.1.1 has been released which includes a small fix for added support on touch devices including iOS 6 devices.
Can't store large files
  • When I upload a file around 2.5MB, I see the upload progress bar and it says complete, but the file is nowhere to be found on the server. When I upload smaller files, it works without problems. Is anybody else experiencing this?

    Thanks,
    Ryan
  • Hi Ryan,

I am having that exact problem with every file I try to upload. . . .

In regards to your situation. . . .You might want to try and increase the PHP FILE SIZE LIMIT. . . .I ran across this problem in trying to figure out my problem. . I believe you can create a htaccess file that will change the PHP upload limits.
  • I had checked it, but I checked it again. It used to be 8MB and now I just saw they changed it to 2MB.

    That is indeed the problem!

    Thanks,
    Ryan
