UploadiFive 1.1.1 has been released which includes a small fix for added support on touch devices including iOS 6 devices.
Determine if files are in queue?

    any idea on what to do to check how many files are currently in the queue since $('#someID').uploadifySettings('queueSize') does not work anymore in version 3
