This forum is a community forum meant for users of the plugin to collaborate and help solve issues with implementation, etc. Unfortunately, as the creator of the plugin, I do not have much time to attend to every request here as this is only a side project and I must work a full-time job to provide for my family. This is how I keep the Flash version free and the HTML5 version low cost.
UploadiFive 1.1.1 has been released which includes a small fix for added support on touch devices including iOS 6 devices.
Uploadify not working with Firefox 13 ?

    Hi,

    Uploadify (flash version) seems to not work on the last firefox 13.0.1, or maybe with the last flash version.
    The browser opens, you select the files, accept, and then... nothing.
    I changed nothing in the code, and it's still working perfectly on chrome.

    It's happening on my sites, but also on the official uploadify demo page.
    Is that just for me or do you have the same problem ? You can check it on the demo page.

    on this page i'm uploading one single file : http://www.uploadify.com/demos/

    with FF13.0.1 i get the error message "Some files were not added to the queue: The file "portfo10.jpg" is empty."
    with chrome, no problem, the same file is uploading.

    I'm having the same problem here- I thought there was an issue with my code at first (and second and third..)!

    I get "IO error" on every Uploadify install I know of (including the demo) when trying to upload any file.

    Could be a Flash issue. I'm on Firefox v13.0.1 and everything works as expected.

    After upgrading to 13.0.1 it didn't work. I updated also Acrobat Flash to the latest version and now it works again.

    I have FireFox 14.0.1, i have same problem like vmwinckler had at June 25. the button showing in all browsers except Firefox. I reinstall Firefox and also upgrade the adobe flash latest version but it returns message that your flash player is already upgraded.

    Not sure if its related but I was striking an issue where Uploadifive was working in IE & Chrome but not in FF. I traced the error down to the formData variable. I was passing in a variable called fileType that was an array of file mime types. FF (or at least the way uploadifive script was appending these variables to the FormData object) wasn't liking the array. I didn't really need to pass the array so removed it and the "NS_ERROR_CANNOT_CONVERT_DATA" error Firebug console was reporting disappeared and Uploadifive began working as normal in FF

    Still on the demos page, now ALL my browsers have an issue.
    I click on the upload button, the browser opens file selector, I select one file, accept, the selection file window closes, and then... nothing.
    On FF an error message, still "Some files were not added to the queue: The file "portfo10.jpg" is empty."
    An issue with the flash player ?? I have the version 11,4,402,265.
