This forum is a community forum meant for users of the plugin to collaborate and help solve issues with implementation, etc. Unfortunately, as the creator of the plugin, I do not have much time to attend to every request here as this is only a side project and I must work a full-time job to provide for my family. This is how I keep the Flash version free and the HTML5 version low cost.
UploadiFive 1.1.1 has been released which includes a small fix for added support on touch devices including iOS 6 devices.
Asp.net and Uploadifive
  • Has anyone got this to work? Any help or tips would be appreciated.
  • Check out the new version of Uploadifive (downlaod via the existing link you have or request a new link on the download page - free if you already purchased it). It sends the file as you would expect now so it should be easier to get working. The original version sent the files as binary.
  • Wow, you were not kidding. Dropped it in and it started working instantly. Thanks a lot!
  • I Just bought the 5$ version to implement on a personal project in ASP.net.
Sorry to say but the "implementing uploadifive" starters topic just s*cks...

It's clearly stated ASP.net should work but only php files are included in the download. In my opinion there should be at least 1 asp.net variant/demo page included.

Starting with an ASP.net page (default.aspx) and doing exactly what's listed on the implementation page brings no succes.

Is there anyone that can help me get a clear and simple ASP.net starting demo?

    thanks in advance!

  • Anyone find out how to get it working? Will I have to convert the PHP code to ASP.NET? Silly.
  • I got this working and it works quite well. i cant post the code just yet but when i get a chance i will.

Otherwise, just do a search on google for implementing "uploadify" (NOT five) and asp.net. There is a very good guide out there; You just have to make slight changes to get it working with uploadifive.
