UploadiFive 1.1.1 has been released which includes a small fix for added support on touch devices including iOS 6 devices.
Disable automatic retry

    When the server returns an error (HTTP status 500 for example), Uploadify keeps on trying to upload the same file again and again and again. How do I disable this?
