This forum is a community forum meant for users of the plugin to collaborate and help solve issues with implementation, etc. Unfortunately, as the creator of the plugin, I do not have much time to attend to every request here as this is only a side project and I must work a full-time job to provide for my family. This is how I keep the Flash version free and the HTML5 version low cost.
UploadiFive 1.1.1 has been released which includes a small fix for added support on touch devices including iOS 6 devices.
Yikes, It works!!!
  • Hi everyone,
over the last couple of weeks I have been testing out several JS/PHP/Flash file uploaders and bashing my head against a brick wall would have been easier and less painful. Finally I tried Uploadify, at first I bypassed it because there were a few negative comments about, but after exhausting all other avenues, I finally gave it a try. Suprise, suprise it worked.. the demo came to life almost immediately (typo's were my only errors) and has been working happilly ever after. AND... I can control the upload folder, which you can't do (gracefully) on many other systems.

This is excellent script guy's, you've won a loyal follower...

I still have lots of things that I want to implement, like being able to verify that the file uploaded correctly and being able to list the files uploaded in an upload session so that the user can see what they've uploaded and select some for deleteion if they boobooed..

Can anyone point me to code that will return an uploaded file list? and perhaps a way to communicate with the uploadify.php code where I can do most of this stuff and send the results back.

    Thanks Guy's gereat scripts...
