The Adobe Flash plugin has crashed

I use firefox 3.6.13 and flash player 10.0.45.2.
when I upload a 1M file Cycle much times (mey be 10 times).
The error message "The Adobe Flash plugin has crashed" is displayed.
Could you have a look, why the flash plugin has crashed.
If the data object is so max or other issue.
