Trouble when upgrading Uploadify

when upgrading uploadify from 1.6.2 to 2.1.0, are there code changes that would need to be done as well?
I'm not getting the same results as I was with the older version. For a start, it doesn't let me multi select the files and once I've selected 1 file, it doesn't seem to do anything more than that.
The code is in c# asp.net and it works with the older version. -
I'm working on a sample for the newest version. I should have it done in a few hours... stay tuned!
