URGENT!!! Upload works but folder empty

Hi,
When i upload any file which is within 5 mb size, it works fine. but when i upload 10mb it shows successful but the folder is empty.
i changed my server setting to 150mb in php.ini and htaccess. i also set the limit of 100mb on the uplodify script but still not difference..
please help....

Make sure you change POST_MAX_SIZE and UPLOAD_MAX_FILESIZE. Both are required to work with flash uploaders

I changed the location of all the files from a folder to the root folder and now i get IO error.
it was workign fine in the subfolder..
my path to the folder (in the script) is set to 3 levels ie images/set/tracks
can u plz tell me what cud be the issue.
from the subfolder, i uploaded 47 mb & it worked fine

i just realised, the file uploads but it still shows IO error.
why is that???????
