IE 'browse' button

have no "browse" button in IE8 and IE7, as well as by me local, also http://www.uploadify.com/demo/
in all other browsers(FF & Chrome) it works perfectly.
have anybody idea, what can i do?

I have the same issue. works in all other browsers, but not IE8.
I've got the latestet uploadify version as well. -
