If user in not install flash plug-in , is not a swf button , just show a upload form . but it is can't not to run.

so , i want to check the user is Installed flash plug-in , then show the upload Script ,

else , show the warning to inform user should get to install the flash plug-in.

bytheway , may i know the which flash version is available?

minimum flash version is 9.0.24
